This Privacy Policy explains how Zeroto Events LLP ("we", "us" or "our") handles personal data in connection with this website.
It covers this website only. CandyPOS, our billing software, is governed by its own Privacy Policy and End User Licence Agreement published at https://candypos.in, which are the authoritative documents for any personal data handled through the software.
1. Who we are
Zeroto Events LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India. We design and operate billing and point-of-sale software for restaurants and retailers.

2. What this website collects
This website does not ask you for any personal information. It has no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no account and no login.
It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts, and it loads no fonts, images or other resources from other websites. Nothing on this page reports your visit to anyone.
Because we ask for nothing and set nothing, there is no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
3. Information our hosting provider records
Like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider that automatically records technical information about requests it receives. That typically includes the IP address the request came from, the date and time, the address requested, and the browser and operating system reported by your device.
We do not use these records to identify you, we do not combine them with anything else, and we do not use them for advertising or profiling. They exist so the service can be operated and kept secure, and they are retained by the provider under its own retention schedule.
Our hosting provider is Amazon Web Services. Records may be processed on infrastructure outside India.
4. If you write to us
If you send us an email, we will hold your message and your address for as long as needed to deal with what you wrote about, and for any period we are required to keep records for legal or accounting purposes.
We do not add correspondents to a marketing list.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions (such as our hosting and email providers), or where we are required to by law or by a competent authority.
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it where we no longer need it, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
To make a request, or to raise a concern about how we have handled your personal data, contact hello@candypos.in. We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law.
We have not yet appointed a named Grievance Officer. Until we do, the address above reaches the people responsible for these requests.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when the wording last changed. Where a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
